Hello. The homeowners association is quite strict. I think that a pergola is possible, but unnecessary. Also, we cannot replace the vinyl fences since we have neighbors on both sides. We can put something in front of the fences though. I think your design is off to a great start. Think of the yard as broken into a couple of areas. A bbq/dining area, a seating area, etc.

The fences are about 6 feet tall.

Misal, thanks so much for the design. There is only one problem. Due to our homeowner's association, we are not allowed to build higher than the fence line. So the fireplace is too high and patio covers are not possible. Also, the grill area is not possible the way you designed it because the air conditioning units are in the way. We want the focus of the bbq area to be on the other side of the yard so you can see it from the sliding door area.

Hello contest holder i have some of the queries 1) can we put pergolas? 2)can we remove replace vinyl fencing with solid wall ? 3) if yes then what would be the height of it?
