"There will be an abundance of restaurants and bars with extensive foot traffic that will energize the community. The centerpiece of the development will be a retail village that has a cool, industrial aesthetic. We are looking to attract high-tech startups and Fortune 500 companies to the office component of the project as well." Aligning in your directions, HUBEEHUB CENTRUM is a combination of multiple words that are relatively connected to your future business; HOBBY/HABIT that stands for the "way", "practice", "norm"; HUB or the "center", "focus"; CENTRUM center/solid central part; and an obvious word BEE (which is one of my favorite work of nature) they are "well-organized colonies" and best known for their "productive characteristics" and "accurate" creation of their honeycombs.
