Another ribbon end based design
In this design I have used two types of ribbons: Red for an important announcement(as it easily catches the eyes of the reader) and light green(for a normal announcement). The design also has additional use of two different types of NEW/IMPORTANT indicator symbols in yellow and red color. The color coding of white can be used for a normal announcement and other for important announcements.
