Hi, instead of delivering a mockup as a submission can a submit a Minimum Viable App showcasing all the basic functionality? I mean can I develop an App with a simple UI for now but showcasing all functionality like add to cart and the Admin panel showing all orders?

I am looking for an app that people can download on their Iphione or android and get to a landing page with our logo = our contact info - and have a order option - our prodcuts - picture = description = Price. When they confirm order they can choose pay credit card now or cash on delivery. - and we need to get a email (purchases order info and they will received within the next 24h

  Hi, the price is very low for what you want 150 bucks is a fare price I guess. And also note that in order to upload apps stores you need to have developer account for stores.
