     thank you sir , freelancer allow Contest Holder AKA CH to upload files via upload section but they are limits in file size it-seems . Usually CH upload there files in public drives like one drive , google drive and post the link either in description section or in the discussion section . Thank you for posting a public link in public forum rather on private chat so everyone can participate . can you please upload your company logo if any in upload section of your CH management page (I guess ) thankyou have good day

     Only the contest owner can open a personal chat with any of the freelancers. For freelancers, this is not possible. In the chat, we can discuss all the details of your project directly and also share files.

     The part of the club setting (seconds 20-23 in video) needs to be reused. In the source it consists of loose components (chairs, tables, brick wall, etc.).
     
     When video starts, we want some short cuts from news reports about Corona crisis. The video continues with the club, but it remains closed, logo is turned off, instead of on in the current video. The rest is up to creativity of the contest winner. The current invitation had a wow factor. In the end we want an original video for getting the message out that the opening is delayed until further notice.
