I would like a Architect Plan design for a 2 family dwelling in Minot North Dakota with blueprints floor plans and with price quotes. More than 1 option is a definite plus. This project will be in the Minot Renaissance zone and must meet R2B zoning.The Legally described address is NORTH MINOT 108' West 38' of West 38' of East 50' Lot 2 Block 5 . Would like the building and fencing history minded from Lewis & Clark era or French Rendezvous style. The front width of the Lot is 38 feet. the Length is 108 feet. The 2nd building should be behind of the front one.Design layout should have 1 Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom with jacuzzi tub. 1 additional Bedroom. Also a Office and a Custom Kitchen with a Television Filming quality Layout with ample kitchen pantry storage and a medium size Living Room. Also a garage.
