Hello all,

I am looking for a brand identity and designs. I am starting from scratch a new company and I need everything in regards to design and identity. My brand is about Health and Well being. My brand name is for a Chiropractic and Health Center. I will create an office space and potentially a supplement brand later on. Name of the business will be

"Living Forward"
(Chiropractic and Health Center)

I will want to advertise as Forward or Forward Health or Forward Chiropractic so Living Forward is not set in stone and I maybe ok with different variations regardless of name of the business just as friendly marketing tactic. At first, I wanted to create a word logo design but I also want a circled icon logo or something along the lines... I like simple things in forms but very vivid and dynamic in emotion.

I am looking for:

-Business Card
-Sticker Design
-Polo shirt design
-Marketing designs
-even possible NFT "holder pass" collection
