Build me a simple website for a mobile app. I will provide images and logos

Looking for skills to complete a fully working website on my domain.

Must have excellent previous experience and reviews.

Copy www.triviacrack.com but replace with all of my app information, text and graphics.

Requirements using triviacrack.com as an example.

1.) Require website (Wordpress) Everything below "etemax" bar (do not need a parent site page).
2.) Need " Home" "How to play" "Rules" Facebook, Twitter, Download app links
3.) Footer same as Trivia crack site with Privacy policy, terms of service, contact us form with captcha, facebook like, tweet link, instagam post.
4.) Create structure in Wordpress and I can place custom graphics.

To win contest, demonstrate that this can be done by you by either:

1.)Doing it on a dummy domain (preferred)
2.) Show very similar page where there is proof that you created it

A. GENERAL:
-Editability/flexibility/maintenance:
The page must be designed in a way that makes it a triviality for us to maintain it in terms of:
- Changing page content w/o changing underlying structure
- Adding/removing pages
- Changing fonts & colors
- Adding/changing pictures/graphics
- Relocate page to a different URL w/o manually changing sub-domain links etc.
- If you use any proprietary software/IP for which we'll have to pay updating fees etc., you must highlight this along with your submissions

Please do not pitch me to check out your company because your message will be deleted.

Thank you for the submissions. If you can follow exact structure and mechanics of trivia crack site thats what is desired. I am still creating artwork which we can plug but would need help in deciding best color choices on site. I have attached a "MAIN" image which is for the top image for the website. I will most likely be deciding today. Thanks again for all of the hard work.
