I need a good storyboard script/pitch for a video production meant to sell healthcare related solution to the consumer. What we are selling is the peace of mind and convenience users get when they use our solution.

Our solution consists of hardware and software. There are a few different models of hardware that caters to different needs but they do essentially the same things, measuring of vital signs (Temp, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen level and respiration rate). Device itself already differentiates from commercial "health trackers" as it is a true health tracker since it tracks the vital signs.

The software is driven by a proven data analytics that is already used by major hospitals in USA. This engine has been shown to reduce mortality rate and reduce readmission rates in hospital settings. We are pushing this solution to be available to the average consumer as well. The software platform, in a form of mobile app, allows users to have an easy to understand health score and health rating so user do not need to understand the medical technicality of the readings of vital signs. Users can then use the readings and take the necessary actions to improve their health. Users can also link up with other users to share their readings and set alerts so their next of kin can be alerted when there are concern with their health. The alert system is targeted to be preventive, meaning that users can potentially avoid expensive medical procedures by taking early preventive actions.

The peace of mind comes from the fact that users are now aware of their health in a continuous basis and not only when they do a yearly health screening. Convenience is for those who are staying away from their elderly parents and they can logged in to know the health status of their parents anytime once their accounts are linked. The peace of mind also comes from the fact that they will be notified through alerts and can act timely and decisively should there be any concern with the health of themselves or their elderly parents who are staying away from them.

This is marketed as a lifestyle monitoring product and not a medical product and it is not to supersede required health screenings or medical visits.

Once I see that there are entries with potential, I will convert this to a guaranteed contest. Due to the nature of the contest, I understand that the submission may not be the complete storyboard/pitch but there should be enough content in there for me to judge. Upon award of contest, we should take no more then 5 revisions to get to the final delivery. This means that there is to be very active communications to align on ideas.
