This project if for design a plan for a house.

You have to make a house plan, in rectangle of 9.89 meters to 13.77 meters.

You can't make any windows on both 13.77 meters side
You can make a roof windows but not for bedroom.
You have to insert 22m² of windows (french stantdard size windows)

You have to insert on the plan :
2 bedroom (11 to 13m²)
1 bedroom with dressing and bathroom (for shower) parental suits
1 kitchen (8-14 m²)
1 living room and dinig room
1 bathroom (with bath)
1 separated toilet
1 Door on both side of 9.89 meters (on for entry and one for the garden)

All the bathroom and kitchen have to be in a corner of the 9.89 meters and 13.77 meters side (9.89 meters have to be the master door of the plan)
