Update: Please read both "Notes" below.

Create an almost identical or similar inspector image of the attached image, and 2 version of an App icon - (1024*1024 & 512*512) square without corners. I will needs this in all the versions (pdf, ai, jpg, png, eps, psd & gif).

I also need a favicon created of this same image.

The images need to pass the TinEye test (www.tineye.com), to pass copyright detection.

Note 1: TinEye is the name of the copyright website, not the name of the image I want you to create.
Note 2: I am almost wanting an identical image to the attachment.
