Can you design a cool T-shirt? Then hopefully you can help!

I would like to design a T-shirt for fishermen, but specifically people who like to catch a fish called the perch.

It is very distinctive, with a spiky dorsal fin on top, red fins underneath and black bars running down the sides. It is aggressive and hunts in groups.

The design I have in mind is a stylised version of the fish and should combine these elements:

1. Single, stylised version of the fish in the foreground, mouth open and looking aggressive, as if hunting, maybe chasing a fishing lure

2. Please change the stripes on the fish to look like lightning strikes, to give it a modern look and feel https://thenounproject.com/search/?q=lightning&i=1614170

3. I want the fish to have a tattoo on one of its fins. This should be the classic anchor style tattoo with words wrapped around it. Like this: https://www.papertiger.co.uk/products/happybirthdayanchortattoocard/

I would like the words within the tattoo to read “Death to Minnows”

Put the words “Death to” on the first line and “Minnows” on the second line.

Placement of tattoo: Please put this on the pelvic fin. I have identified this on the attachment labelled “Perch Fin”

5. Please also include the company logo somewhere, but only small: Anglers Only (use Yellowtail font for this).

Style
I would like overall feel to be cool, trendy and modern, with a stylised graphic version of the perch. This is a good example (not to copy, obviously, but just to give you an idea):
