Contest Brief

We need urgently a design for a 210mm x 99mm flyer to promote one of my client's product (Home Loans).

See files attached:

- the draft idea of text logo positioning and text
- a possible house design to put as background (just the stylised design of the house, not the text).

the general idea of the flyer should be to keep it:

- minimal, white of few pastel colours
- stylish and not funky or tacky

the message at the front needs to be a kind of an "attention grabber".

You are welcome to add your touch to the design provided that you match the above requirements.
