Hello,

We need a creative designer to create Rosa Cycles alternate logo. Rosa Cycles is a bicycle shop established in 2016. we want logo to be like a crest or something that Rosa Cycles is not the main focus but the design is recognizable enough that when people see it associates it with the shop. Est 2016 is required. The 2016 can be divided like 20(logo)16 or something similar. Im just giving you guys an idea.

Logo is very important since it will also be used in the store apparel line that we are also going to launch. We will like "EST. 2016" or "2016" somewhere in the logo. The logo will be used for sign(s), website, print, business cards, letterhead, advertising, etc. Must be delivered in jpg, pdf, ai, eps, gif, psd, tiff, etc. (scalable vector graphic)

We want the logo to represent quality, exclusivity, uniqueness as were trying to create a boutique feel to the shop but without losing the overall feel of cycling. 3D designs are welcomed but not required.

We welcome designs in all colors. We want logo to be able to be used on different color backgrounds.

      As a professional you can not plagiarize, so the client asks for it. You know there are copyright laws.

    The owner of the contest was told that this is illegal. the copyright is of the original logo. You will see that at some point they will be sanctioned.

      The CH says that he is dealing with that 3rd party brand .. whether that brand is also his very own like ROSA is unknown, but if it is not, maybe he also got permission to use the likeness (it's not copy in the true sense, since he has only borrowed elements & changed the look and I don't think there is a copyright on fleur-de-lis); if not maybe he should. It's all heresay right now.

    selecting a copied logo will be a problem for your brand in the future. the original brand can sue for copyright. You have to be very careful when selecting the logo, the same freelancer can make an admonition for you and for the designer who is presenting the copied logo.

    you want a unique logo, but you send to copy a logo that already exists, it is something that is not understood. A log must be unique for a company, not a copy, so you will never be a pioneer in your products, as it will always recognize the first brand where you copied the logo. I give you quality logos, unique and accept false logos and copies.
