Need a new unique and attractive logo for LV Solutions (Landvision Solutions). The company is a consulting company dealing with landuse, planning, building, architectural design, and real-estate. It helps owners, buyers and investors identify, analyze and maximize ROI (return on investments) from landholdings or new investments in real estate (property).

Requirements:
* Should be in vector format and can be multiple colors. But avoid gradients.
* No restrictions on colors but a good color scheme that can be reused in the website and marketing materials will be preferred.
* If the letters LV or LVS can be incorporated into the logo, will be nice.
* A single look at logo should tell what the business is about.
* Aspect ratio can be to fit within a square (1:1) or HDTV (16:9)
