Looking for logo design for online educational website.

Its an online database of educational topics. It pertains to various topics including: Science (Biology, Chemistry, Earth /Space, Environment), English, Sociology, Philosophy, Business, History, Law, Art etc. These articles have been compiled from teachers, graduate, university and high school students who share the common desire of ensuring free educational material be readily available through online medium.

MAX Dimensions are: 400px wide x 60px tall.

Current logo: see attached image (must design ONE logo that works with both dark and light background)

Google name in image to find website. *Please note the website uses dynamic templates for ad testing and the website template is always influx.
