Why some contest holders ask for a Psd file as a finished file? Logo must be a vector image and it should be made with a vector based program. So, the finished files are usually Ai and Eps. Psd can be sent to a client as well, but it's not that important. Pdf file is a must as well. And Png is way better than Jpg. Not just because it has a better resolution, but because it can be transparent which is very important.

Design available in fully editable color and scalable layered vector PSD,TIFF,AI,JPG,PDF,EPS,PNG
With transparent background.and all fonts used in the logo will be delivered as well.
