Looking for a creative talented logo designer/graphic designer.

We are a Social Media Marketing and Management Company with a start-up in the US. We're looking for creative minds to design us a logo that is the next big thing in branding. "One Visual Voice" is what needs to be worked with when designing this logo. Express in your work what "one visual voice" means to you. The primary colors are the following:

#CCCCCC
#3D9BE9

The keywords are: social media marketing and management, branding, presence, business, Europe, North America.

The logo should be in round and square shapes with the dimensions for an avatar/profile pic and banner.
