     if we didnt get new entries for some long time.. we will decide to choose the winner earlier sometimes.. i am not much aware about freelancer entries..for our other contests initially there were many participants and later the new numbers got reduced.. so i will take the decision depending upon the no of entries i get and the quality of the entries
