Design a Logo for my referral website.

Contest Brief

I am creating a real estate agent referral network website and I need a logo for it. I would like the words "Agent Referrals" in the logo. I'd like the words side by side with an icon to the left of it.

Here are some examples of the layout that I want for the logo: http://screencast.com/t/3SssFr5u1dA ..I want the logo to be more clean looking then these examples. I like simple looking logos that still look really nice. I like the hand shake concept and putting it in a for sale sign, etc. Of course I am open to other ideas but this is all that one of my designers came up with so far.

#Contest Holder : IF you're selecting a copy design , why not direct copy from google ? Wasted 100$ . but also wasted our time... thanks

  Don't compare shaking hand with Eiffel tower , simple don't copy from google image same to same, your concept is very clean, copy image from google, just put dots on it, and win the contest. that's is what you did. and accept this you're copier not designer .

  I like these designs. They are some of the best ones submitted so far. However I think the word "Referral" is more important than the word "Agent". Maybe swapping out the bolding so "Referral" stands out more than agent would be better. Thanks for getting involved in the contest.
