**REAL ESTATE developer looking to hire and we think this will help us find more work for the right person!**

NAME: - CITRUS LANDING
ADDRESS: - 21208 SW Citrus Boulevard, Indian town, Florida 34956

Have you ever designed a neighborhood?
We are looking to have small Community / neighborhood designed.
*It is about 65 acres* (about 2,800,000) square feet or 263,000 square meters).
We are looking to build small single family homes, town homes (attached homes), and apartments (2 story apartments).

We are looking to divide parcel into different areas.
Site plan. You have a diagram where it is *2 homes per acre*, *4 per acre, *8 town homes per acre* and *15 apartments* per acre.

Zone 1 - 10 acres (2 homes per acre for total of 20 homes).
Zone 2 - 10 acres (8 town homes per acre for total of 80 town homes).
Zone 3 - 30 acres (4 homes per acre for total of 120 homes).
Zone 4 - 15 acres (15 apartments per acre for total of 225 apartments).

Need street widths / Walking trail around of property.

FOUR - 1/4 acre kids parks with exciting playground equipment
ONE - 1 acre dog park
ONE - 1 acre teen park with a couple of basketball courts
ONE 4 acre lake or TWO 2 acre - (Good to have 2 per acre homes on a long lake).

Apartments should be 2 stories

BE CREATIVE!

Homes on a large lake have more value...
Need 4 acres of lake (either Two 2 acre lakes or One 4 acre lake).

Lake can be round, oblong or shaped like an airplane (community is next to an airport)....

Houses should have nice large porches, metal roofs
1,400/SF houses in 30 acre part
2,000/ SF houses in 10 acre part
(All with one car garage and pastel colored homes).
Town homes should be 1,400/SF (In case you call them something else town homes are attached houses)...
Apartments

(1) - 10 acres near canal - 80 Town homes.
(2) - 15 acres - 225 apartments (2 stories tall).
(3) - 30 acres - 120 homes (1,400 Sf homes).
(4) - 10 acres - 20 homes (2 per acre / 1/2 acre lots).

  I don't fully understand your Q but yes you have the licence to be creative within reason...Shape can be changed a bit but Acreage should stay the same..
