Sufi Makan is a small time tea shop and restaurant serving tea, snacks and some lunch and dinner food items. The initial concept we did is attached here and uses the Arab Dances font to get an Arabic script look. The spoon and fork icon shouts out it’s a restaurant which is enclosed in an outline that look like a “Sufi” cap or Dervish cap.

What we would like is develop a new logo following these ideas mentioned above as a guideline and not necessarily follow them as it is. The new logo should look catchy and more appealing than this concept one. You are free to choose a different font, art work, and color scheme as long as the end result has an immediate identity of restaurant and has a connection to “Arabic/Sufi” looking style.
