  I need to clarify for all entries that we need the main entrance to ground floor on the flat (no stairs leading up to it) So that it is suitable for wheelchair access.

     I don't think structure applies - Style is shown in in the scope and the rest is just floor plans. However in Australia normal construction is timber frame with brick.

  On entrance we would like either a spiral staircase or dual access staircase to first floor.
  Ceiling heights on Ground Floor to be 11 foot and 10 foot on second story. (just for staircase measurments)
  There will be an elevator (Lift) from Garage (basement level) to ground and first floor access.
