doing some database analysis on 2 excel files - stock and region

Project goal: Merging 2 excel documents with essential data to a 3rd document or app that contains some additional analysis.

1st file - database.xlsx
The name says it all. Database file consists of the shops with their data (column A-D).
Columns E - W include products that each shops have available to order and have in stock. There will be some shops that don&#039;t have any products marked.
Those shops have to be marked later on as &quot; no active products&quot;
In the row 3 and 4 products are marked with type of delivery...direct delivery and warehouse delivery.

2nd file - stock.xlsx
It consists of shop name, product name and the quantity. Be aware. One shop is listed more times if it has more products on stock. This file will be changing each week. So you have to prepare the file (or sheet) in such a way that when we will get the new file (which has the same structure just different stock) the analysis has to work flawless...im guessing the file name will have to be the same or something like that.

I need the following:
1. Shops that are sorted by products that have products that have stock 2 or less (lets call it &quot;stock x&quot; for easier understanding in future). This shops have to be sorted by region.

2. I would also need a summary in graphical version (preferably bars) of the shops with stock x with included telephone numbers by delivey type (sorted by types: direct delivery, warehouse delivery and both delivery types summed up). And all of this has to be sorted by regions.
For example:
a. 50 shops in Ljubljana region have stock less then 2 and have direct delivery.
b. 30 shops in Ljubljana region have stock less then 2 and have warehouse delivery.
c. 45 shops in Ljubljana region have stock less then 2 and have warehouse and direct delivery.
I need this kind of view for every region.

3. To make a sheet or a list (not graphical only text) of all the shops with all the data (region, telephone, delivery type) and to have all the products they have in stock (all stock) in the same column....so one shop in one column with all the stock in the same column. Basicly I would like kind of a file or sheet that looks very similar to current database file and which would have all the stock entered. More important this has to be updated each time I will get a new stock file on a weekly basis.
To make point 3 more understandable i made a file "point 3 exmple.xlsx" of that I need.

I will choose the one who will show me the best preview of point 2 and 3 and who can make it the fastest.
I will also need a 60 days free support for this project if something goes wrong with the setup and we need any support with it...the ones that will agree with this will have a definite advantage.

i addded a file example to point 3 because some of you dont get it...and i added point 4 because there is a glitch in file stock and your programing has to fix it.

HI, # 12 capture all latest information, for analysis I captured Stock detail in sheet SBS-Dobavitelj -Artikel, because I don't understand the language of this document. SO please clarify. In the same way I can capture detail from any document based on the requirment. Also Excel is done now so I can arrange soon after you awarded. Best Regard Indika

Hi , Dear sir. There is some problem in data. Count of products in "Stock" file is 19 while count of products in "database" file is 22. So I cannot prepare to your requested report becuase delivery type for some products are not known.

Your shop worksheet seems to be missing 2 columns. The SHOP data is there from A-D and the rest of the data upto Col Y.
