Expert Graphic Designer Needed for Boat Name Design

I need an expert graphic designer to design my boat name. The art tells a story that is important to the branding of my business. See the samples uploaded for inspiration. The name is Dauntless. It means fearless and to not be intimidated. There is a character that is half skeleton, half mermaid. The mermaid represents the female aspect of my business, I'm a female charter boat captain, but also because a lot of my work is helping women build confidence to pursue their dreams and aspirations. The mermaid is holding up a lantern, like the kind in old ships. It means to light your own way. The skeleton part is because we all have past influences and conditioning that holds us back. She has shackles on each wrist with chain. The chain though is broken, just a little way from the wrist, representing breaking the chains that bind you and prevent you from pursuing your dreams. The chain also runs through the text.

I want this to be a really badass looking graphic. I will need it in a reproducible file, like .ai for all the items it will be used on. The photo of the boat is my new boat that the name will go on. It will go on each side. The existing lines/decals and text on the sides of the boat are being removed. If there are recommendations on how to make the boat look awesome with other pin striping or something so the boat name looks good on it, I would like those recommendations.

I want this to be a full color boat name on my boat. I expect the designer to have experience doing boat names and similar art that is used on things like fishing shirts and such. I'm not sure what the best placement will be on the boat and would like the designer to use their expertise to provide recommendations based on the artwork created.

The boat is a 2006 Pro-Line 32 Express. I would prefer the mermaid be looking at the viewer but am open to ideas. Since the graphic will go on both sides of the boat, it needs to work with the shape of the boat well on both sides. I'm not sure if this means it will have to be two graphics but prefer the same graphic on each side.

I am ok with just seeing a really good sketch of the art to be done since I know a fully finished product will take some time and effort. It's important to get the concept visualized well.

What I do not want is what has already been done. The items uploaded are to give you ideas of my concept. Samples of other boat names you have done would be welcomed so I can understand your style.

Any submission that does not meet my requirements will be rejected without any message or response. I am in a time crunch and can only focus on serious well thought out entires.

    The mermaid should look real, just like you see in other boat name graphics and boat wraps. I do not want copy and paste with text. If I wanted that, I'd do it myself in photoshop. The items I posted are for reference and inspiration only. The final result should look like it's real.

    Please see samples I pulled off the internet of the type of art I expect when finished. This design will go on other things after the boat is done. I am going to use it to make a custom fishing shirt and other things as well.

    Please do your research on what the finished art should look like. It should be just like a boat wrap, only this is just the boat name. If you haven't done boat artwork before, you need to look at how the art in boat wraps are done and fishing shirts.

    Just to reiterate - the decals that you see on the boat are being removed. There will be no lines or brand name on the sides.
