  The town is St. Augustine Florida. The first row image is a star fort, Castile De San Marco (arial view). . Unfortunately, this best arial picture has shadow on it, so it didnt come out very clearly on my suggested starting design. Here is the picture. http://www.starforts.com/gr/sanmarcos/sanmarcos.jpg. It will take some editing to remove the shadow on the bottom inside of the star.
