Interior floorplan - Modern design - 4 bedroom, 4 + bath, with office - Foyer/entry, Large kitchen with large pantry, laundry with storage, dining room, living room, media/family room, large office 1 executive desk and 3 managers desks with file storage and plan table, connecting with /conference room/bath, Master bedroom with walk in closet, master bath with his hers vanities, shower, tub, water closet with toilet/bidet, 3 bedrooms each with bath/shower and closet/storage. Terrace will be enlarged with outdoor kitchen. we want large windows for living/dining for exterior views. Existing floorplan will be provided with existing exterior walls. Exterior entry door may be relocated, rear exterior doors are not as shown, will be replaced and may be relocated. Existing windows ARE as shown but may be closed/relocated etc.

the exterior walls are as existing. the exterior windows are existing but may be relocated. the front entry door is existing but may be relocated. The rear exterior doors are not as shown and may be relocated.

The design should fit into the space. I will respond to all questions.

      Hi, thank you for inquiring. This is a typical home. There is a kitchen "indoor" but there will also be a kitchen outside on the rear terrace. Waiting for your entry.

    To all designers, One item that seems to be constantly coming up is the placement of the bedroom doors. In a good home layout there should be no line of site from any common area, foyer, living, dining etc into any bedroom. This can be accomplished by separating the bedrooms from the living areas entirely or using hallways, anterooms or placement of the doors.

    Here again I send again to alternative 2 for my entry that I have fixed about changes at the entrance, in my design, I experienced changes in the main room, namely changes in position for the Living Room, Family Room and the addition of Loundry / Storage Space. For the position of Office and Bed Room do not change position. Next I also added the Circulation and Zoning Area Concept.

    Hi,
    Peace be with you.
    Following this I send the Floor Plan Design based on the previous Floor Plan that will be used as an Office and Residential House.
    This design has the clarity of the function of space, namely as an Office Room, a Bedroom and a Family / Public Room as a liaison between spaces. Simple and maximal and elegant design functionally, namely as a Residential and Office.
    The attached picture is;
    1. Is the Floor with Dimensions.
    2. Floor with Furniture.
    3. Concept.

      The toilet / sink bath can be shared as a guest bath with the rest of the house. There is no 2nd floor and no possibility of a 2nd floor.

      I labeled the existing entry door and gave the dimension from this door to the rear exterior wall. Remember that you may shift the door or relocate per your design.

      Sonal, We just updated the drawings with some additional measurements. Especially the measurement you requested from the entry door to the rear wall is actually 30'-8", so there was an error we apologize.
