Logo Design for Vintage-Themed Small Shop

I am seeking a talented graphic designer to create a classic and timeless logo for my small shop. The name of the business is KARMA Community Market and we already have a font for the text that is being used.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in logo design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with vintage design elements and typography

Logo Style:
- Vintage style
- Minimalist design preferred
- Black and white color scheme

We are located in a 100 year old building and we would like the logo to be a simple illustration of the actual building. We are looking for one color (Black) on a transparent background. Line vector style illustration and we need the final files to be esp, pdf and svg. I have attached an image of the building and a style we would like the logo to be in. We would like an illustration of the building in the photograph, in the style of the illustration. I will rate entries and provide feedback as to what I like and what we would like to see changed.

I tried to keep the logo as close as possible to the photo of the building that was provided in the description. My reguards.

The logo appears too small on the building's signage. It is less useful. So I tried something different. The name is readable even if the print is in small sizes. Hope you like it. Please check my entry #129
