There is a running race involving Japanese and American runners. There is also a relationship between two cities - on in USA and one in Japan. We would like to create a design that incorporate four flags - USA, Japan, city of Miami Beach, and city of Fujisawa. There also needs to be an element showing that is is related to running.

I have upload the flags and a concept for design that I modified from a clipart.

The freelancer can create something like what I have shown or use their creative talent to make a totally new idea. New creative ideas welcome.
