I would like a lyrics video. I need a lyrics video. With this cartoon/cover art attached as the background. The clouds should move like the mock video I have attached. Maybe a little slower.
The cartoon character should also be blinking as the video is playing

I have attached the lyrics and the audio file also and other files you might need.

also If possible I would like for the font of the lyrics to be in Clay font like the cover art image.

Also can you make it start raining at some point in the video ?
