We require a advertisement animation video to share with our existing customers who buy Toner Cartridges & Printer Cartridges regularly. we need this video to somehow convince the customer of the great benefits to install FM Audit (automate toner low alerts and automated service alerts) on their Printer which will send us an automated alert when the toner is low and about to run out.
the video should insist of the below points described, I have made the text to help you below which you can use some of it or entirely.

**The wording you can use**
Title: Automated Toner & Service alerts takes out the time and hassle & Prevention of Loss.
- FM Audit is a software installed on your printer network. sending an automated email alert when Supplies or Service is required and low. Rather than carrying Expensive Toner stock on hand Only the 1 specific Toner running low is ordered, minimizing potential loss or not yet required stock over-ordering.
- FM Audit is utilized by all large Printer manufacturers including Fuji Xerox, konica Minolta, OKI, Kyocera, Brother and more... taking away management spent time on supplies and printer service.
- FM Audit is safe and will not provide any information or data from the printer other that Consumable and Printer service requests.
- Each Printer gets a name, for example like: Reception. or Steve's Printer. Dispatch's Printer which shows up on the email alert and on the potential invoice. for example: alert for Receptions Printer. Cyan Toner Level at 5%. You have the option to choose weather you should have to confirm the order before we ship or automate it to be shipped together with the alert note attached automatically. You may start off choosing to get the alerts too to your email and later on you may switch it off and notify us to send them automatically and attache the report.
