I want a step by step description on:

- i would need an information what is the best way for an administrator (that isn't a website developer or designer) of a website to let different website designers/developers work on a website. The most important thing is that the work doesn't effect the live website (while the work is done) and that it prevents harmful things to be done to the website.

- how to create a backup of the website www.amon.si.
The website is created in wordpress.
The site is in the root directory. Main structure is in subfolder but there are also some files in the root directory that the website needs to run properly.
I need a clone/copy of the whole website so that the developers can work on the website and it has no influence on the "live" website www.amon.si. Once the work is done I would copy / paste the improved website over the "live one" and the corrections/newbies should start to work after they are checked and approved on the clone. I would basicly like to prevent developers to work on the main site but still have all the control on the clone website. However because I do not have the knowledge of designing the websites the clone has to work the same as original without any modifications if possible.
