We are looking to design a videogame where you control a company stationed in a floating city. The game will eventually be played in round between 20 minutes and an hour and a half long, during these rounds your goal will be to make as much money as possible. The mechanics of the game are not important, as right now we are just looking for someone to start by making the game map for us.

I would like this game to be possible browser based, but should have 3D graphics. I am open to non-browser based games, as long as it is accessible on all platforms, including mobile.

In the images below, you can see the zoomed out game map. This can be a very simple view, with land in the corners, shallow water where the cities are located, and dark water where the ocean is deep. The yellow dots in the light colored areas are the floating cities. When you click on a floating city, it should open up the city view, this should have the layout of the second image, where all of the buildings inside are ArkPads (you can view what those structures look like at https://arkpad.co) and it is surrounded by a seawall, like in our example image.

Eventually I will want boats to be seen moving around the city view, and I will want to see details on the houses also, but in the map view, boats will be seen as just simple icons.

In the city view you can see yellow circles outside of the seawall, those circles are fish cages, these will be fully implemented into the game later on.

Please make a 3D map of the city, with 3D models of the floating houses viewable on arkpad.co, and the fsh cages as well, and if you do well with the map making part, we may want to continue to work with you to develop the rest of the game. Message me with any questions that you may have.

Only bid on this project if you have made a videogame before. I will want to see past videogames that you have developed, so I can hire you to build the rest of the game.

If you keep the contest open till the end it will be possible to make an very decent piece of the map. What game engine are you using? Can you provide an image of a game in a similar style to what you are visualizing?

Hi dear, kindly specify that you only want the game 3d design or full as a apk or exe. I mean development is different thing and modeling is different work..

  I will want the full game, I want someone who can finish the project of making the videogame. You can only do basic modelling,that is ok, no need for complicated models, it can be very basic low poly shapes, I just want to make sure we are hiring someone who can do the full job.
