     Hi Sara. I apologize for the confusion and not realizing you proposed the correct name first. The winner had originally proposed a variation of that name and I though he had just adjusted it to match what I needed. I will see how I can make it right. Perhaps another project or partial compensation. Let me figure it out. I feel bad. We'll make it right for you.

  Sometimes it isn't worth to renounce to a good name because .com not available, especially if your core activity is offline and your traffic comes from sources other than direct type-in traffic. there are alternatives

     Hi! Are you into made-up names too(i.e. zumba, praxo , meebo)? You stated you would preffer a one word name, but off course the .com condition takes all real words out of the question. Or maybe some kind of play on a real word/ suffixed form (i.e. Justiva, Ascentium)? Also, do you require the name to be descriptive /related of your work or this is not a condition (i.e. Ascentium is not a related word, but it can imply a value of your company)?

     Made up names are fine if the pronunciation is easy to remember. I also like some kind of play on real words that is related to the work I do but can also be trademark in the future.. I hope this makes sense.

  Will you specialize in a sub-niche? Which one? Or you will be a general Legal Assisting Business? ( I suggest you start in a sub-niche and try to be the first and/or best in that sub-niche before you transition to grander one)Did you decide who will be your clients? (Perfect client profile). What will be your position exactly? (you chase them or they chase you?) I suggest you make it in a way they come to you. Before we choose a name for your business we should consider those things first. If you want to work with me and figure out answers to all those things PM me, I'll wait for you! ;)

     Sub-niche is specialize in immigration (writing waivers) and assisting all kinds of immigration forms. So I guess my business caters to IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY"s more than anything. My position is owner / operator. ... I'll leave these questions on here =)
