We are a small performance marketing agency looking for an easygoing designer that can provide fast turnaround times in easy-to-make super high CTR banners.
Attached is an example of an old banner that is looking for a replacement :)
Dimensions are 320x50
File size should be under 7kb
Colors? Make it attractive!
The banner is in Spanish, here are the possible text variations (with their translations to english).
"Descarga Ahora" -> Translates to "Download Now"
"Descarga YA" -> Same as above
"Descarga Aqui" -> "Download Here"
"Descargar" "Ver Video" -> Download - Watch Movie
"Descarga Inmediata" -> "Instant Download"
"Toca para descargar" -> "Tap to download"
You can use pure text or add icons. It's up to you!

Hi again Plaboneee123, just commented on one of your entries. You are on the right track to the award. I like your style and that you can provide variations really fast. As suggested in the comment, these ads are usually shown to users in either an APP or Mobile web environment. So the more they look like UI elements, the better. A banner is part of a flow in which the user clicks and gets taken to a page to subscribe for a service on 3G / 4G (that's why they should be under a certain size). Also, look into animating the icon as if it was an actual download button instead of making a fading animation :) Thanks so far for your entries!
