Poster for a Jiu Jitsu Tournament

콘테스트 개요

I need a poster designed for a Jiu Jitsu tournament on the beach.
The poster will have some information (like a seminar on the previous date, whois is going to dictate the seminar, date, place, and sponsors).

Attached logos that need to be included, preferably on the bottom of the page

The Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu logo should be a little bigger than the LogoSFFT and Logotipo-teamnu (this are team logos).

Logo_1dec01 and Circuetio Madrynense de Jiu Jitsu should have the same size (this are associations)

Should have title "Copa Verano - Jiu Jitsu Brasilero"

I really like the first one, especially because is a tournament on the beach, but I'm flexible and open to suggestions.
