COMPANY DETAILS
-I am starting a health supplement company.

PRODUCT DETAILS
-I have 5 products which will all need to have the wrap-around product label wrapping around a brown plastic bottle (IMAGE UPLOADED):
1. Reish Mushroom
2. Cordyceps Mushroom
3. Lions Mane Mushroom
4. Immune Boosting Mushroom Triad
5. 7 Mushroom Complex

-I have uploaded a screenshot of my business cards so you can see my branding. I'd like the same light and dark green to be used in the packaging design
-I am based out of Canada so keep in mind the law stipulates here that all writing must be in both English and French. You don't need to worry about adding the French in if you can't speak French but just keep in mind that will have to be done (you can google any product in Canada from Ketchup to Milk to Bread to Health Supplements and see that everything is in both english and french per consumer law)

-There will be 3 parts to the label:

Tab 1: Front
-Company name: Pragma Health
-Product name: (example) Cordyceps Mushroom
-30 Servings
-60 Capsules
-500mg Per Serving
-15g Net Weight
-DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
-NPN #
-->also include an image of what the mushroom looks like

Tab 2: Supplement Facts (I'VE UPLOADED AN EXAMPLE OF A SIMILAR PRODUCT OF THIS LABEL)
-->this will need to have a chart (Standard to any food or supplement label) which states

-Serving Size: 2 Capsules
-Amount Per Serving 500mg
-Ingredients (example: Cordyceps Militaris Extract) 500mg
-Beta Glucans: 20% minimum standardization
-Daily Value (DV) not established
-Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (cellulose and purified water)
-Suggested Use: Take 1-2 capsules, once per day.
-Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
