I seek a graphic artist to create the art for the cover sheet of a private internal document.

The art must be done on the computer. You can use photographs as the basis and edit them. The cover sheet you are to design is for a private internal document, not for commercial use.

The art must be A4 (210 x 297mm) sized and submitted as a JPEG or GIF or JPG file.

The art on the cover sheet to be created shall look as follows (refer attachment “Layout v190324”):
1. Have the words “JOAN(NE) OF ARC” in a convex curve at the top.
2. Have the subtitle “Truth . Justice . Liberty . Love”
3. Have a sword of the type Joan of Arc would have carried under that.
4. Have a man and a woman facing each other lovingly, without touching or kissing. The man is dressed like a police Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) team member, carrying an assault rifle. The man clearly holds the assault rifle in the one hand closer to the viewer, The woman is dressed like the woman in attachment "Man and Woman v190324", carrying a laptop computer.
5. On the bottom left are the words “President of the USA” in an oval.
6. In the bottom centre is the Radiation Hazard Symbol with two crossed nuclear missiles under it.
7. On the bottom right is a romantic rose.
Refer the other attachments also.

The preferred artistic style is shown in attachment "Artistic Style 01 v190325". However, if this is not your style, you can still submit another artistic style.

All intellectual property rights and copyright of all you create as part of this assignment, shall belong solely to me. You will have to sign the appropriate agreement for this.

Hi, the "style" you have attached for the work is only a photoshopped image. Are you looking for only photoshop with real people and real elements (the sword and riffle) or do you need graphics (digitally drawn illustrations)? Thanks

  I need the man and woman to look as if they are relating to each other and not just 2 photoshopped images stuck next to each other. If you can find suitable photoshopped images, then you can use those images. However, the best entries so far have been people who also used digitally drawn illustrations (maybe they digitally altered some photoshopped images)

  actually, if donot have full copyright on pic I donot know how youll pass that material to CH. Photoshop stock pic still not full copy work and to my knowledge full editorial license without copyright goes between 800-2000$ on stocks so ...

  I have increased guaranteed prize to 220 EUR. Full prize money remains 884 EUR. I tried to reduce the advertised prize to 220 EUR, so that I can press the GUARANTEED button, but Freelancer will not let me reduce the advertised 884 EUR to 220 EUR. I agree with @Javier M. , to avoid the case of CH who only give promises, but when they have been given the design, the client simply disappears without giving feedback or compensation to the designer for not providing a #guaranteed, if the contest not #guaranteed, it will only benefit CH side, for the procedures CH can ask more details to freelancer.com support.
