Hello,
I need to design home page for software development company. Please see the attached document for theme colors, mockup and contents.

The ideal candidate needs to be creative and put their magic skills on the website design.
If you can roughly do the design to have a look, we can discuss if that what i want. It will save your time. From there we can go for full design. User expereince is also required.

Acceptence criteria:
1- Once designed, please send me over for approval. It should includes website design, slide shows images, icons and other graphics and section included in the attachement.
2- Once design approved, then conver to HTML/CSS/JS(Angular or Jquery)
3- All the orignial PSD, AI, individual images, HTML/CSS/JS. HTML5 and CSS3 can be used but needs to be compatiable backwords.
4- Major browsers Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge (most of the functionality needs to work).
5- CSS, JS needs to be in a seperate files.

There will be lot of work and can be consider for long time.

This is just a start, i need to design other pages of my website.
