Looking for someone to help me out here. Below is the Pseudo code. I have the 2 web services written and deployed and tested to work via Postman. We can discuss more details but the logic is below..

Function #1:
1) Wordpress user registration process, On Submit of the Wordpress user registration form, call external REGISTRATION Web Service #1 via POST with the form parameters.
2) The response of this web service will be MEMBER_ID, this MEMBER_ID will be saved to the NEW User profile field MEMBER_ID
3) The logic would then decide where to route the user. If MEMBER_ID is NOT null member is logged into the system no problem
else MEMBER_ID is null and the user is sent to a page with a phone number to call to speak to someone

Function #2
1) User logs into the Wordpress system. Current MEMBER_ID is sent to the LOGIN Web Service #2
2) If Web Service response is TRUE the user can log in no problem
else if Web Service response is FALSE the user is sent to a page to call to speak to someone

Dear Contest holder, I completely understood the Function #2 of the plugin, but Function#1 is not that clear. What type of external service are we talking about here, like Google+, Facebook, Twitter signups?? I can work on this project, if you clear some of my doubts either in chat or in comments.
