The project consists of a two-story hotel with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,300 m². The building should follow a horseshoe-shaped layout surrounding a central courtyard, with architectural characteristics inspired by traditional Apulian (Puglia, Italy) masserias and Borgo Egnazia. I will provide: Reference images and examples; Site information; Design guidelines and requirements.
