I have a 63 line app buildable from VS2019 developer cli: /clr I would like a version of this with exact same functionality but in C Sharp and buildable from cli. App checks pixel values present in a bmp file and saves a list of these. There's also related C# code on net to make this task fairly easy to do. If interested in this project task please state at start of message attached to your bid if you have Visual Studio 2019 (both of us having VS2019 helps avoid a problem building from windows cli).
