I need the attached image (Image11) colourised and corrected for brightness and contrast, and in places editing out where there is slight movement. I attach the original image and the current Google Street View. The buildings on the right of the Street View image provide colour guidance. Many of the buildings are constructed of red brick and those parts that are lighter coloured will be whitewashed. We are a non-profit community based charity who provide a telephone and internet counselling service for LGBTI people in Australia. We are looking at running a pop-art based advertising campaign but require someone to draw us some digitized pictures (Line drawings) that we can later edit, colourise as needed and use in our campaigns. I had originally posted and have recieved a wealth of support in researching various commercially available software applications which would allow my team to colourise a black and white AVI file quickly. We have now entered phase 2 of the project and have aquired core code of a module written to operate in Mathlab which allows for the colourisation of black and white photos extremely quicker than Photoshop or any currently comercially avaialable means.
