I've built a form, which has around 8 c...fields. However, numerous questions weren't coded using the appropriate HTML form objects and therefore, I'm in need of a developer who can update the form to ensure that it has the relevant form objects and submits correctly. Once the relevant form objects have been completed a JS script should be written to send the form submission data to a PHP script, where it should be printed.
