This is a very basic php/mysql application. I have created a rough up of the requirements using MS Access. I anticipate that the application will have; 4-8 tables. Main tables are - Contacts - Parts - Events 6-10 pages - Search Parts based on any field. - Search contacts - View/Create Contact with image upload - View/Create part with Image Upload and ability to print label - Create event associated with Part - Show all events related to part.
