We have a Joomla CMS website that uses EasySocial. We are also using Keap (Infusionsoft) as a CRM. We previously created a custom PHP export script that imports new user account information from our site's database into Keap via API. We have since changed the user fields and need the export script updated to export/map the new fields. So right now we have 15 user fields that need to be mapped into 15 Keap contact fields. Our website is a membership site that uses EasySocial for Joomla. We have the site configured so that new users need to verify their email address before their account is activated. The way EasySocial works is that it sends an email to the site admin when a new account (unactivated) is created. However no notification email is sent when the account is activated by the user. We would like for EasySocial to send an email notification when the account is activated. EasySocial does have a variety of email templates that can be modified (see the attached screenshot). So one solution would be to modify the code that triggers an email and then use one of the existing email templates.
