I have a downloaded backup of a working moodle - the database is 4gb, and the moodle data files (120gb) are on an external drive. I have downloaded xamp, ampps, and mamp (these available to you). Your job is to get the database into phpmyadmin, and ensure the domain is working (with moodle loading fine). For speed, I recommend you get this job done with remote control of my computer. For the right person, I can't imagine it would take more than 30 minutes, and if it takes you a little longer i'll still appreciate it.
