Hi, I am looking for someone to draw 2D and 3D floor plans on an ongoing basis. I will provide you with a sketch and you can use your own software or otherwise I would recommend Roomsketcher for a great 3D floor plan. Average is 1 or 2 per day and I would require 12-hour turnaround. Some properties would be 2D only and some would be both 2D and 3D. Examples are attached - we would decide on a 3D plan format which you can produce and then stick to it, attached are just some examples.
