Currently I have a PHP script that calls data from a MySQL db and echos the data into rows on a PHP page. Hi I have a python matplotlib script that allows user to scroll through a 3D image, in nifti file format. It has a slider that allows you to scroll through the z axis of the image. I would like for the image to have a text box that updates chosen coordinates that are selected by clicking on the image at a given slice.
