Format and Layout Jobs

Hi, I have a Word document that I use as form to send to potential clients. It looks 1980s and is in need of some update in terms of giving it a modern look of a flyer or marketing info (that can be filled in with information though). The document is filled in certain locations with individual information (highlighted in orange in the attached document), the client logo inserted, then made into a PDF and sent out. If anyone has a better idea to do that instead of WORD, I am happy to hear. But I only have MS Office on my computer so it cant be any other app.

3-4 month book project on entrepreneurship is in need of an editor/proofreader. Preference is for a Nashville area person who can attend meetings once per week. The average will be around 10-20 hours per week. Need a person who has strong writing and communication skills. Someone with book layout and formatting experience is desirable, but optional.

I need someone to do the ff: - Book Title Creation (you come up with the title, it's about looking at her images and identifying feelings... - Write content inside "stories"* 7 sections apx. 200 words a story.= apx. 1400-1700 words total - Book formatting and book cover design if you also have the experience It's a collection of 50 images in a PDF and apx. 24 pages before the images. So apx.74 pages total. We are looking at 8 x 8 standard color inside pages, soft cover/gloss, one sided. You would be responsible for the 24 pages before the images and combining them into one pdf for Amazon. * we will provide the basic story and you will finish writing about it and edit/proof everything Thanks so much. Can set up a contract where we pay some to start, then mid-way, then final payment when done. (my name is Kimberly West) I am an artist's partner and informal "book shepherd." I need several items completed for a new book she wants published on Amazon. You will be communicating mostly with me. This could be an ongoing situation and we would like to partner with someone who is in our time-zone Pacific Time on the West Coast if possible.
